4-1301 Accessible and usable buildings and facilities code incorporated.​

The city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the ICC A117.1 - 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities (the “Code”) including amendments or supplements to the Accessible Code, Article 8. The entire Code is adopted as if it were fully set forth in this article.
